Have you ever felt judged by your appearance? Have you found yourself saying things like I’d be happier if I was thinner, younger or looked like someone else? If only my legs were longer, my stomach flatter, my skin more tan... I used to say those things too. Way too often!!

But, after years of yo-yo dieting, striving to fit in, and comparing myself to others, I was reminded by God’s gentle grace that I’m his masterpiece and perfect just the way I am! He’s helped transform my mind and I’m living proof that if you change your mind, you can change your life!
