Refund policy
For both online and in-store purchases, our policy offers exchanges or store credit only. For online orders, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, while in-store purchases must be exchanged within 15 days.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and include the original tags. For hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear, shapewear, and hosiery are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
In addition to our online store, LiviRae Lingerie also has a physical store in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of its receipt and inform you whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved, your item(s) will be processed, and store credit will be applied to your account for future use.
