Please note these inserts are not a stick-on bra and do not add any shaping.

Inserts must be worn inside clothing such as sports bras, swimsuits, shelf bra cami, dresses with an under bust elastic, wireless style bras, underwire bras.

If you have divots from chest surgery, these pads can also help to create a smoother shape under your clothing.

Washing Instructions: Our bra pads can be washed inside your sports bras/tops, swimwear or inside a mesh bag. Machine wash warm/cold or hand wash. Use gentle detergent, no bleach, do not iron or dry clean. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put inserts in the dryer.
