What is LiviRae’s return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit or exchange. We only accept new, odor-free merchandise with original tags.

For any items that may not be in-stock at time of purchase, you will be notified. If you do not want to wait for the item, we can issue you a store credit, or show you other great options we do have in-stock.

Unfortunately, returns received after 30 days of receipt cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item, you are will be provided with a pre-paid return label in your package.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we inadvertently shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at 770-429-7004. We will issue you a pre-paid label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

How do I exchange something?

Procedure for Exchanges:

Please use appropriate packaging material and size as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipping. Once your new item has been selected the item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, any overages will be credited as store credit and any balance due will be charged to your card.

Our Bra Fit Specialists are committed to making sure you love your bras and that they fit correctly. If a refund is requested we will explore all options before we accept a return. We accept returned items within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We believe that we are doing a disservice to our customers if we don’t fit you for the right bra, whether that be in-store or online. Unfortunately, items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted. Items received in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy or not within the 30 day period will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

When receiving your store credit you will receive the full amount less shipping fees to your account at LiviRae Lingerie. Only items received in new and pristine condition will be accepted. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair and or markings (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. LiviRae makes the final decision on whether or not to accept returned merchandise. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no refund or exchange once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men’s boxers, hosiery, pasties, or any similar item at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We want you to love your bras!

We know bra-fit and will work with you to diagnose the fit issue at hand, ensuring that the new bra we exchange is the perfect fit! All items being exchanged must be in new and pristine condition free of odors, pet hair and or markings. If you still would like to exchange an item please follow the below procedure.

Once your new item has been selected the item will be shipped back via ground shipping. A flat shipping fee of $10.50 will be assessed to your credit card. Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, any overages will be credited as store credit and any balance due will be charged to your card.
