Order Status Meaning

Why is my order on-hold?

Your order will be placed on-hold if the items are out-of-stock. If your order is out-of-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

What does it mean when my order is “completed”?

Your order will be marked “completed” when your order has been fulfilled and will be shipping shortly.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Domestic- Shipping is a flat rate of $10.50.
  • International- Please contact us for ordering and pricing.

 

When will my order ship?

If your order is in-stock and placed by 11a.m. EST it will ship the same day (weekends and holidays excluded)

If your order is out-of-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Your order will be placed on-hold if the items are out of stock.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. If for some reason you don’t receive the email confirmation you may contact us for your tracking information.
