Why is my order in the “Items On Order”?
Your order will be placed in the “Items On Order, if something you purchased is not in-stock at the time the order was placed. If your order is out-of-stock, please contact us if you would like to see other options. Our number is 770-429-7004. If you would like the original item ordered please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
What does it mean when my order is “completed”?
Your order will be marked “completed” when your order has been fulfilled and will be shipping shortly.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- Domestic- Shipping is a flat rate of $10.50.
- International- Please contact us for ordering and pricing.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in-stock it will ship within 3-4 business days. (weekends and holidays excluded)
If your order is out-of-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Your order will be placed in “Items On Order” if the items are out of stock.
