Order Status Meaning

Why is my order on-hold?

Your order will be placed on-hold if the items are out-of-stock. If your order is out-of-stock, please contact us if you would like to see other options. Our number is 770-429-7004. If you would like the original item ordered please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

What does it mean when my order is “completed”?

Your order will be marked “completed” when your order has been fulfilled and will be shipping shortly.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Domestic- Shipping is a flat rate of $10.50.
  • International- Please contact us for ordering and pricing.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in-stock and placed by 11a.m. EST it will ship within 1-2 business days.  (weekends and holidays excluded)

If your order is out-of-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Your order will be placed on-hold if the items are out of stock.

Can I track my order?
